Chris Transmission Inc. warranties its transmissions for 2 years/50  thousand mile (witch ever comes first). This warranty shall not apply to  any product that has been improperly installed, damaged as a result of  accident or neglect, improperly repaired or altered by the owner or his agent/tech, or abused resulting in broken,fractured, or sheared shafts and/or gears. This warranty shall not apply to any products damaged due to low fluid conditions, any competitive use (IE; sled pulling or drag racing) or commercial applications towing weights in  excess of manufacturer’s GCWR. Chris Transmission Inc. will not  warranty broken, fractured or sheared OEM shafts and/or drums! Chris  Transmission Inc. will not be liable for towing charges, travel/lodging  expense or any other claims including claims for special, indirect, or  consequential damages that may arise under the provisions of this  warranty.
